Brittney believes there are strong relationships between physical activity, nutrition, and mental health. She has a passion for educating others and strives to help others make manageable lifestyle changes that benefit their overall health and well-being. She supports the individuality of each person she meets with – after all, people and their health do not fit into a “one size fits all” world.
Brittney enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, being with friends and family, and listening to/playing music. She also loves learning about, creating, and experiencing new foods & restaurants.Outside of work, Abby enjoys spending time with her family, the great outdoors, and traveling.
