Clinical Dietitian: provides nutrition therapy and education to patients, families, and the community. Performs nutritional assessments of patients and develops care plans.  Team player with a strong desire for teaching and education. Unique knowledge of cooking/chef experience a plus.

Revenue Cycle Positions – We are looking for qualified coders, AR specialists, prior authorizations specialists, and referral coordinators.  Attention to detail, computer-saavy, and excellent communication skills required.

Health/Life Coaches to support our clients through change management and to support our programs and philosophies.

Patient Concierge/Appointment facilitation.  This function includes scheduling, communication about our processes and philosophies, educating clients on our offerings, responding to client inquiries, verifying benefit eligibility, and other client and provider support functions.

Occupational Therapists who have a unique interest in the application of your training and education to support educating clients on changing and sustaining life changes, habits.  Facilitating and teaching strategies to support healthy lifestyles.  Ability to teach programming as well as individual consultations.
