POSTURE – The Backbone of your Health Webinar
In decades of treating people for a variety of pains, one key factor for all of them is how they do what they do. In other words, the posture they hold in the positions they’re in. When we spend extended minutes, let alone hours in certain positions we know it causes pain. And that in-turn has led to having some pain. We seek pills, massage, pain patches, anything we can to make it go away! And in most cases, all we really need to do is correct our posture.
